Live sync is already set up. It works when this file is opened in a browser (Chrome) — the in-app preview blocks outside connections, so use CSV there. The sheet stays private.

1. In the sheet, choose File → Download → Comma-separated values (.csv) for both tabs — #1 and #2.
2. Pick the CSV file(s) below — select both at once; the dashboard detects which is which and updates balances, statuses & ledgers.
Contacts and your flags / notes / game plans are never touched — only the numbers refresh.
